But with all these fun tools we'll learn how to stand up for ourselves or deal with uncomfortable situations. We’ll learn best targets and strikes for self defense and how to escape holds. We will encourage the shy kids to use their voice and teach the exuberant kids how to focus and calm their minds. All are welcome!
Camp is open to rising 1st to 5th grade kids of all genders. Register your kids for a camp where they’ll find their strength and make friends in a nurturing and non-competitive space. No martial arts experience necessary.
