Yoga

We offer yoga classes to our community members two days a week. Yoga classes are taught by Angie Edwards on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM, and on Sundays they are taught by Coty Delacretaz at 10:30 AM.

If you are part of our Seido Karate program, you and your guardian are welcome to attend our yoga classes at no extra charge. If you are not in our karate program (or the guardian of a karate student), our yoga program is $45 a month. Scholarship applications are available upon request.

Our yoga program complements our karate program, but is open and accessible to people who have little to no experience in martial arts training. Instructors focus on breath work, complementary strength and flexibility training for martial arts applications, and addressing common problem areas for people in current society.
