Sun Dragon Martial Arts & Self Defense, NFP

This private workshop is for homeschoolers. The cost is $15 a person. It will be held at Sun Dragon Martial Arts, 4534 Westgate Blvd., Ste. 101, on October 7. Our self-defense classes aim to teach people ways to get themselves out of confrontational situations without using violence.

Self Defense April 28, 3:30-6:30pm. Our spring self defense workshop is open to all girl teens over 12. This one-day basic skills workshop will cover awareness for violence prevention, using voice and body language to defuse a dangerous situation, and physical skills to fight back and escape if necessary.
