Saturday, September 19th and Saturday, September 26th, 2:30 - 5:00 PM This two part class will cover the full Basic Skills curriculum, as well as weapons, fighting from the ground, and more! Open to teens and adult women. No experience necessary. We only offer this extended version a few times a year, so take advantage and register today.

Saturday, May 9th, 2 - 5 PM This workshop will focus on how young women can stay safe as they enter the dating world. Learn to spot warning signs, set boundaries, make safe decisions, and easy ways to fight back if necessary. No experience required. Open to middle school and older.
