Over the weekend of October 22, our Senpai Leila tested for her adult black belt, shedding her junior black belt. She passed of course! Sun Dragon will be holding its Winter self-defense class here at our dojo, 4534 Westgate Blvd. Ste. 101 on Saturday, November 12. Our winter self defense workshop is open to all girls, girl-teens, and women. This one-day basic skills workshop will cover awareness for violence prevention, using voice and body language to defuse a dangerous situation, and physical skills to fight back and escape if necessary.
